How often do you release new collections?
We typically launch new items weekly. Be sure to check back frequently for the latest arrivals.
How do I know if something is in stock?
If the size and color appear selectable on the product page, it’s in stock. Otherwise, it may be out of stock or restocking soon.
What does preorder mean?
Preorder means you can reserve an item before it’s officially available. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We currently do not support split shipments. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.
Will I receive a physical receipt?
Receipts are sent digitally via email. No printed invoices are included in the package.
